HAPPY YEAR of the RABBIT!!!
This reminds me that I have had so many rabbits as pets in my life. Over fifteen, at least. All have died gruesome, horrid deaths, and I was always the one to find them, at the age of four, five, or six.
I got buttercup for Easter (it was a tradition with my family for a while to get a pet rabbit on Easter, you could easily bet the one from the past year had already departed). We let our...

Very small update.
I guess I just got a hankering for putting something on my ol’ blog!
What’s new with me? Well, I am living downtown now, which gives me plenty of things to do. I mostly stay at home though, and watch movies with my boyfriend. I got a dog. His name is Harvey and we’re in love.
I also got a tattoo:

I love David.
I was wondering where it was going to go from there and then it disappeared into a new segment of conversation. It wasn’t until I was alone that the portrayal of the conversation would relapse over trivial, mechanical wanderings abruptly and merge into my senses.
Well, okay.
I don’t know why I quit this little page o’ mine. I just did. Maybe I thought I was taking things too seriously, with myself. But that’s probably not the reason. I am not the most habitual person. I’m very inconsistent if you will.

Modest Mouse in My House (I wish) (?)
Holy shit! I am going to see Modest Mouse with Nicole and Candace on September 1st! Now I can die happy. They are the one band I would love to see live. I am just hoping they will break into their ‘good music vault’ which includes nothing on their last latest album.

I am going to Seattle and Lake Tahoe during the month of August with three of my friends. I really, really can’t wait to drink 50 americanos, lattes, cappuccinos, and coffees from different coffee shops all in one day while wandering about Seattle. It’s sort of a challenge I have presented to myself, and if I don’t die, it will be really funny watching me try to sleep that...

HEARING FOR THE FIRST TIME
This photo was taken by photographer Jack Bradley and depicts the exact moment this boy, Harold Whittles, hears for the very first time ever. The doctor treating him has just placed an earpiece in his left ear.

is the phrase, ‘it’s like the sky cracked and rain started falling through it’ a cliche?
